i. general terms

⟡ Commissions are for personal use only⟡ I'm allowed to post your commission online (if you don't want me to let me know and I won't)⟡ You are allowed to post it too, just credit/tag me⟡ Keep in mind that my style is not realistic, therefore the likeness of a real person might not be accurate⟡ Minor changes can be made on the sketch stage for free. Major changes that make me redraw something from scratch will come with an extra 5€ + fee, therefore, please give as much detailed information as possible⟡ I reserve the right to decline any commission if it makes me uncomfortable or I feel like I'm not capable of accomplishing it⟡ The use of my illustrations is not allowed for NFTs/AI

ii. payment

⟡ Through PayPal invoice⟡ Up to 30€ paid full price upfront⟡ Above (31€ +) paid 50% upfront – the remaining 50% after the color-blocking stage⟡ The currency accepted is EUR

iii. process

⟡ Fill out the form⟡ I either accept or decline⟡ Once we are settled on the subject and price, I will send you a PayPal invoice (either full or 50% of the total price)⟡ I will start working on your commission and send the sketch to be approved⟡ If everything is okay we move to the colour-blocking stage⟡ Once approved, the remaining 50% of the price is paid (if the commission is above 31€) and I will start rendering⟡ You can ask for updates anytime⟡ Work in progress, such as sketch and colour-blocking, will be sent with a watermark⟡ The finished commission file will be sent by email in PNG format both with a solid and transparent background⟡ Waiting time can be up to 2 weeks depending on many factors such as health, order of commission, complexity, work or family issues

iv. cancellation / refund policy

⟡ I have the right to cancel and refund the money of your commission at any time⟡ You may cancel your commission after the sketch but have no right to ask for a refund⟡ If money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission⟡ Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission
